If a court holds that this cap is unenforceable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100 (one hundred US dollars). The information on NadirAlpha is exclusively factual financial information: structured restatements of what the companies covered have themselves reported in their public filings. It has been prepared without regard to your investment objectives, financial situation or needs. It constitutes no investment advice, no investment recommendation, no investment research within the meaning of MiFID II and no offer to buy or sell financial instruments. No price targets, ratings or valuations are issued. Do not rely on this website alone for investment decisions; consider whether any information is appropriate for your situation and, where necessary, obtain qualified financial, tax and legal advice. The linked original documents of the issuers always prevail.
2. AI production (Art. 50 EU AI Act)
The reports on this website are produced with AI assistance: an automated data pipeline extracts key figures, segment data, guidance and statements from the original filings, validates them by machine (including against the filings' XBRL concepts and via cross-checks between documents) and generates the texts and tables shown. This disclosure is made in implementation of the transparency obligations of Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).
AI-assisted processes can produce errors despite validation, for example in the attribution of periods, scales or adjustments. Remaining uncertainties are flagged on the report pages rather than hidden (marked directly at the entry); every figure carries its source reference, so you can verify every statement yourself against the original. 3. Forward-looking statements and guidance
Insofar as reports contain forecasts, guidance or other forward-looking statements, these are verbatim statements of the companies themselves, not assessments by NadirAlpha. Such statements are based on the companies' own assumptions and may prove incorrect; actual results may differ materially. Our subsequent comparison of guidance with reported actuals ("Beat / Hit / Missed") is a purely arithmetic classification without judgment. The "Beat / Hit / Missed" label (verdict) is exclusively an arithmetic comparison of the guidance previously issued by the company itself with the actual value later reported by the company. It relates solely to the accuracy of the company's own forecast and constitutes no valuation, no price or market expectation, no statement about over- or undervaluation and no recommendation regarding the financial instrument concerned. At no time does NadirAlpha issue an investment strategy, a price target or a buy, sell or hold recommendation within the meaning of the Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 596/2014).
4. Data sources and timeliness
The data basis consists exclusively of public original filings (SEC EDGAR, EDINET, investor relations publications). Reports are updated after the respective earnings date; time may pass between the publication of a filing and the update of a report. The website shows the most recent reporting periods per stock; the period displayed may vary. There is no entitlement to complete coverage of individual companies, periods or events.
5. Capital investment risk notice
Investments in financial instruments involve substantial risks up to and including the total loss of the capital invested. Past performance, reported figures and company guidance are not a reliable indicator of future results. Exchange rates may additionally affect the value of investments in foreign securities.
6. No offer; territoriality
The content is not directed at persons in jurisdictions in which its provision or use would be unlawful, and does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation in any jurisdiction. Users outside Germany are themselves responsible for complying with the rules applicable to them.
7. Conflicts of interest, advertising and partners
Own positions: The operator of this website may hold investments in individual securities covered. NadirAlpha receives no compensation from the companies covered for inclusion or presentation in reports. The website currently shows no advertising. 8. Status of the provider
NadirAlpha is operated by a private individual based in Germany. The operator is not an investment firm, not a financial services institution and not a registered investment or financial adviser, and is not subject to supervision by BaFin (the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) for this activity. NadirAlpha provides no financial services requiring authorization; no license under § 32 KWG (German Banking Act) or § 15 WpIG (German Investment Firm Act) is required for this, nor is one held. The content provided is not investment research or an investment recommendation supervised by a regulatory authority; rules promoting the independence of investment research do not apply to this purely factual information.
