Exclusively from the companies' public original filings: SEC (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) for US names, EDINET for Japanese names, official IR reports for European names. Every figure is clickable and leads to its source.

Our goal is to update each report shortly after the company's earnings date; quarterly or half-yearly, depending on its reporting cadence. Because every figure is sourced and automatically validated, an update may occasionally land a few days after the release; accuracy comes before speed. The date of the last update and the documents incorporated are shown transparently on every report page.

The site shows the most recent reporting periods per stock; the displayed timeframe can vary by name. The full history is planned for a later, extended offering.

No. NadirAlpha provides neutral financial information only: no recommendations, no price targets, no ratings. The content is neither investment advice nor investment research within the meaning of MiFID II. The linked original documents of the companies remain authoritative.

Reports are generated from the filings by a data pipeline with AI assistance and validated automatically (transparency per Art. 50 EU AI Act). Uncertainties are flagged, not hidden; details on the methodology page.

The reports are free and are meant to stay free. To fund the work, we plan to rely on clearly labeled advertising and affiliate links to tools and brokers we consider genuinely useful; if you use them, we may earn a commission.
